Jessica Gomez is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of diverse clinical nursing experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount St. Mary’s University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine & Science.
Her clinical foundation began at the Veterans Affairs hospital, where she gained extensive experience caring for veterans with complex physical and psychological needs, including trauma-related conditions and chronic mental health disorders. Jessica later advanced her training at Keck Medical Center of USC, one of California’s top-ranked hospitals, where she cared for patients in high-acuity specialty units. She has also practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a wellness clinic, where she provided comprehensive care across the lifespan — focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and integrative wellness.
These experiences have allowed Jessica to connect with individuals and families from all walks of life, shaping her patient-centered approach to care. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she integrates her broad medical and nursing background into mental health practice. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns using evidence-based treatments paired with a compassionate, real-world understanding.
Jessica approaches care as a partnership, working side by side with her patients to navigate life’s challenges. She focuses on building trust and providing tools that empower individuals to take charge of their mental health, fostering resilience and long-lasting well-being.
Outside of her work, Jessica enjoys traveling to new places, sharing meals with family, and exploring good food — with sushi topping the list of her favorites.
