Providing mental health care plans you can begin and sustain, even as your needs change

We created Nu Leaf after seeing motivated patients passed between providers, rushed through appointments, or left without follow-up as care became more complex.

Over time, many dropped away. So we built a more responsible alternative—one connected team providing an evidence-based mental healthcare plan that stays consistent over time.

The principles that guide our approach

Accessible

We design our practice to reduce barriers to entry and support patients through the first steps of care.

Comprehensive

We believe mental healthcare works best coordinated by one team, reducing fragmentation and repetition.

Continuous

We commit to staying present between visits, adjusting thoughtfully as needs change over time.

Grounded in evidence

We practice within established research and clinical standards, ensuring decisions are responsible and medically sound.

Nu Leaf was built to fix a broken mental health system. I built Nu Leaf because I saw patients come back through crisis care again and again. They were trying. They wanted to get better. But once they left, they didn’t always have steady support.

As a nurse, you’re trained to slow down and see the full picture. You look at sleep, stress, family, environment, and really get to build relationships with people. That mindset of seeing the full picture has always stayed with me.

I wanted to create a place where people don’t feel like they have to manage their own care or re-tell their story every time they walk into a room. I wanted to create a safe space. I wanted to create a place where people could be understood and grow.”
